Do I need an appointment?

At what point should I schedule an appointment?

If you’ve missed a period, have any pregnancy-related questions, or think you might be pregnant, we encourage you to schedule an appointment. We’re here to support you with care and answers.

What should I expect when I come in for my initial visit?

After filling out some quick paperwork, you’ll take a free, lab-certified pregnancy test. If positive, you’ll meet with a caring client advocate in a private, judgment-free space. Together, you’ll talk about your needs, explore your options, and start creating a plan that works for you.

Do I have to pay anything?

No. All of our services are free.

What will I need to bring with me when I come in?

All you need is a photo ID.

Can I bring anyone with me?

Yes, a friend, partner, or family member is welcome. We will talk with you privately first. Then, provided you have given us consent to have them in the room, your guest will be able to join you.

What if my boyfriend or parent calls to see if I came in?
